Café Ibis beans pulled by hand, Mexican hot chocolate thick with cinnamon and stone-ground chocolate, and mimosas with juice we squeezed at 7am. The drink list is short on purpose, every pour is worth the wait.

  • Café Ibis Espresso
    Single, double, cortado, flat white, latte, cappuccino, pulled to order.
  • Mexican Hot Chocolate
    Stone-ground Mexican chocolate melted into warm milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and a whisper of ancho chile. Thick, fragrant, and impossible to drink slowly.
  • French Press Coffee
    A full press for two, brought to the table.
  • House Horchata
    Creamy Mexican rice milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of almond. Served over ice with a float of cold-brew coffee if you want it dirty.
  • Blood Orange Bellini
    Prosecco + fresh blood orange juice. Bright, bubbly, and the color of a Santorini sunset.
  • Café de Olla
    Traditional Mexican spiced coffee brewed with cinnamon, star anise, and piloncillo in a clay pot. Dark, aromatic, and the kind of warmth that stays with you.
