Two mornings a week, our Sandy and Daybreak kitchens become a passport stamp you can taste, smoke & fire pork machaca burros, Opa! sizzling shrimp saganaki, Burgundy Bound coq au vin, and weekend-exclusive churros con cajeta alongside YiaYia's pastitsio gratin and bespoke Ellinikos coffee. We rival the most scrumptious brunches in Utah, and we mean it.

The Savory Side
Smoke & fire pork burros, Burgundy Bound coq au vin, Opa! sizzling shrimp saganaki, and YiaYia's pastitsio gratin. Every dish is made the morning of, no shortcuts, no yesterday's leftovers.

Smoked Pork Machaca Burro
Twelve-hour pit-smoked pulled pork folded into fluffy scrambled eggs with roasted hatch chile, pepper-jack, and crispy hash browns, all wrapped in a blistered flour tortilla. Finished with our house chipotle crema and a side of fire-roasted salsa roja.

Roasted Turkey & Pesto Focaccia
Sliced herb-roasted turkey, bright basil pesto, slow-roasted tomato, peppery arugula, and shaved Parmigiano on a crackling fresh-baked focaccia. Griddled until the edges turn gold and the cheese starts to melt.

Sizzling Shrimp Saganaki
Plump shrimp roasted in a rich, savory tomato sauce with garlic, oregano, and a blanket of melted Kasseri cheese. Warm, saucy, and made for dragging bread through until the plate is clean.
The Sweet Side
Weekend-exclusive churros con cajeta, warm apple and pear tarts from the oven, and jewel-toned fresh fruit with hand-whipped cream. The sweet side of brunch is where we show off.

Apple and Pear Tarts
Buttery sablé crust cradling slow-cooked apple and pear compote, finished with a brush of apricot glaze and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Warm, fragrant, and the kind of tart that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.

Teas & Macaroons
A curated selection of loose-leaf teas, Earl Grey, jasmine green, and Moroccan mint, paired with our handmade coconut macaroons, crisp outside, gooey inside, and naturally gluten free. The quiet luxury of a slow morning.

Fresh Fruit with Cream
A jewel-toned bowl of the morning's sweetest seasonal fruit, ripe berries, stone fruit, and melon, finished with a generous cloud of hand-whipped vanilla cream and a dusting of raw sugar. Light, luscious, and the perfect foil to something rich.

The Coffee Flight
A guided tour through our espresso bar, starting with a silky Americano, moving to a velvety latte and rich mocha, and landing on our famous Turkish coffee brewed in a traditional cezve: thick, aromatic, and unforgettable. One flight, four stories in every sip.

Coffee, Cocoa & Cocktails
Café Ibis beans pulled by hand, Mexican hot chocolate thick with cinnamon and stone-ground chocolate, and mimosas with juice we squeezed at 7am. The drink list is short on purpose, every pour is worth the wait.

- Mexican Hot ChocolateStone-ground Mexican chocolate melted into warm milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and a whisper of ancho chile. Thick, fragrant, and impossible to drink slowly.
- French Press CoffeeA full press for two, brought to the table.
- House HorchataCreamy Mexican rice milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of almond. Served over ice with a float of cold-brew coffee if you want it dirty.
- Blood Orange BelliniProsecco + fresh blood orange juice. Bright, bubbly, and the color of a Santorini sunset.
- Café de OllaTraditional Mexican spiced coffee brewed with cinnamon, star anise, and piloncillo in a clay pot. Dark, aromatic, and the kind of warmth that stays with you.
