A little Paris, made fresh in Utah.
Éclair began with a simple belief: a real éclair, done by hand, is one of the most joyful things you can give someone. We went back to authentic 18th-century French recipes, then asked a modern question: what if we kept the craft, but opened up the flavors?

We opened with eight flavors, a tiny case, and a lot of hope. Five years later we have three Utah locations, Sandy, Daybreak, and City Creek, and more than twenty-five handmade éclair flavors, plus tarts, sablés, macaroons, and a café we love being inside of.
The recipes are old. The flavors are not. Classic vanilla still sits in the case every day, but so do raspberry, blueberry lavender, pistachio, key lime, and a rotating Saturday surprise. Everything is piped, glazed, and finished by hand the morning you eat it.
We're a family business in every sense of the word. The people behind the counter are the ones who pipe the dough at 6am. Our customers are the people we know by name, by usual, by birthday. At Éclair, you're not just a customer, you're family.

"We will make every pastry by hand, fresh, from authentic French recipes, helping you serve something people remember."
